「I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip.」

「When I arrived the told me an 14 other people that they had no rooms for us. Then they transferred us to a partner hotel and promised we would get a refund for the first night. No refund received. Also the check-in at the partner hotel was understaffed and overwhelmed with the situation. It took 45 min wait to check in at the Hilton. Worst experience after a transatlantic flight…」

「Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again.」

「I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait...

「This is good place for stay, especially for the long stay if booking the apartment room.」

「No mention of breakfast. The room was dirty with foot prints on the wall. The tub was dirty and there was no toliet paper there. The remote control was missing a button and the ceiling had red stain on it. The room was overall unclean.」

「The room was clean and quiet with good shades to block outside lights at night. Bed quite comfortable.」

「Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.」
