The exterior is definitely run down but the rooms are clean, a/c was very cold, shower was hot, and beds were comfortable. For the price of $70 you really can't complain. I recommend if you're on a budget.

Tammy was so kind, and easy to communicate with. Her home is charming, incredibly clean and tastefully updated. All the details have been thought of. I appreciated the air filters in several rooms as I have allergies. Again, it was all so clean and feels very recently renovated! Loved having a drink ...
