Overlooking picturesque Fleischmanns with breathtaking panoramic mountain views, our mountaintop perch overlooking the adorable playhouse and playground against the backdrop of the rushing waters, makes this charming home a vacationers oasis!

Our character rich 1910 Upstate Farmhouse is set back from the road just over the bridge at the babbling BushKill stream. This private home boasts a hidden woodland uphill trail behind the sprawling lawn. Flanked with towering trees spanning a half an acre, the trail leads to an elevated clearing, that will capture you imagination from high up on its mountaintop perch. Surrounded by a side lawn dotted with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, stone fire pit seating and bluestone patio dining, your ultimate peace and relaxation awaits. Watch the children frolic in the adorable playhouse and mini playground against the backdrop of the rushing waters and rolling hills.

Level One
Upon stepping foot into our serene mountain home, you will immediately be greeted with astonishing natural light from its countless windows. You will love the

Fleischmanns is in a marvelous setting, surrounded by Belleayre Mountain and miles and miles of protected state land. It is at the confluence of three streams, Vly Creek, Emory Brook, and the BushKill. Plan your stay with countless outdoor activities like skiing at Belleayre Mountain, swimming at Belleayre Beach (both just 7 minutes away), fishing, horseback riding, boating, tubing, plenty of hiking trails, a beautiful golf driving range, along with the iconic Delaware Train ( 19 minutes away).
