“Great hotel, and location”

“Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The shower water was not hot is my only complaint.”

“July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice.”

“Absolutely horrible stay! There is massive construction going on- there is no parking, no pool, dirt/trash blowing everywhere outside on the property AND- it’s loud with all the work going on. At one point, they turned the water off without notifying anyone. There’s construction tape up everywhere and parts of hotel roped off. And the pool being closed— not good at all. It smells awful when you walk into the lobby-Iike mold or something… Was very disappointed none of this was communicating……

“The room was clean but breakfast terrible and almost nothing to eat just some muffins, coffee and bananas and some oranges. Never again will stay there.”
