"We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before ..."
