「It’s was ok」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Did not eat left before food out 」

「I booked this hotel expecting a great stay, but it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room conditions were completely unacceptable.I was originally assigned to room 103. As soon as I brought my bags in, I noticed multiple dead adult and baby cockroaches on the floor. To make matters worse, the couch cushion had a massive, disgusting stain that looked like urine, and the air conditioner was broken. The room smelled incredibly musty.I...

「The Relax Inn is an older motel but they do a decent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. Obviously the price is considerably lower than most in Lawton. It’s conveniently located close to Fort Sill and many restaurants.」

「We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, except the pool was out of service due to a pump issue. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. It wasn’t advertised that the pool was not available. We were disappointed.」
