APARTMENT LE DATTIER / Capacity: from 1 to 4 people

- A large and welcoming lounge overlooking the terrace.
- An equipped American kitchen: Practical and functional, the kitchen is opened on the living room and the dining room.
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- Ideal for couples with or without children.

The "pluses" of the apartment and the residence:

- The large swimming pool, with a main pool and a children's pool.
- Tennis court
- The terrace directly overlooks the garden and pool. Lunch in the open air or rest in peace.
- Apartment located on the second and last floor.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans l’appartement situé dans la résidence Le Dattier à Flic en Flac avec nos 2 enfants. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et très lumineux. Le balcon principal est parfaitement exposé et bien orienté pour voir le soleil toute la journée. La résidence est très calme et très jolie avec une piscine très agréable. En arrivant, l’appartement est très propre, avec les lits faits et des serviettes de toilette à disposition. Nous réserverons ce logement lors de notre prochaine venue sans aucune hésitation !!!

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment. It has everything you would need. The only problem for us was a broken water pump which affected water supply. This meant sparse amounts if water. Completely out of the control of the owner until the complex could get the part to fix. Unfortunate because it is very nice. We would suggest that the shower head be replaced or cleaned because it doesn't work properly and is not a pleasant experience due to lots of lime scale and black foist in grout. Our host Frederic did everything he could to help and he relocated us for our final week which was superb.

Perfect Mauritius experience

This place is the best to stay at in Flic en Flac in our opinion. You have everything you need. Close to supermarket, restaurants, beach, street food etc. We had perfect Mauritius experience! Pas déçus, l'appartement correspond fidèlement au descriptif, fonctionnel, agréable, grande terrasse, commerces à proximité, plage aussi. La résidence est superbe très bien entretenue, joli jardin, piscine immense et propre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Nous n'hesiterons à y revenir.

great location and perfect value for money

My husband, our 12-year-old son and I had an excellent stay at Le Dattier. Fred was a great host - our communication, checking-in and out, were smooth and hassle free. The apartment is situated in a very convient location, close to all amenities - a short walk to the grocery market SPAR, pharmacy, ATM tellers, taxi stand, and the Flic en Flac beach, where there are various restaurants and bars. The residence has a good-sized swimming pool with unobstructed sunshine in the morning as well as in the afternoon. The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The terrasse is amazing ! We would definitely return again and recommend it to our friends.

Vraiment envie d'y retourner...

J'adore ce pays et plus particulièrement l'ambiance de Flic en Flac. Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir tout faire à pied : Courses, Restaurants, Plage... et également pour faire de nombreuses excursions : Dauphin, plongée.... La résidence est belle et bien entretenue et très bien placée. Ravie d'avoir découvert cette location. Le propriétaire : sympa et réactif, il a été de très bon conseils sur les excursions à faire à Maurice. Super rapport qualité / prix. Que dire de plus ? à part que j'espère y retourner très rapidement.

Résidence de rêve proche de la plage

La résidence est parfaitement située au coeur de Flic en Flac à 2 minutes de marche de la plage et des commerces. L'énorme piscine est agréable pour se détendre. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Belle et vaste terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande cette location.

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois à Flic en Flac et cette location a de loin le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. La résidence est bien entretenue, la piscine est grande et dispose d'un bassin pour enfants et de transats. L'appartement est très bien situé avec vue sur la piscine. Aménagement parfait, il ne manque rien. Confortable, calme. Idéal pour des vacances en couple, en famille ou entre amis. A proximité : plage, supermarché, magasins, restaurants...on peut tout y faire à pied. Le propriétaire est sympa, sérieux et à l'écoute...un vrai plus !
