"Room was clean.. Ish. I counted 11 dead beetles and spiders on the floor. Towels had stains on them. And not sure but looked liked there were dried up blood in the sink. And a weird orange stain on the bathroom wall. Toilet acted likenit didnt want to flush. "

"We had bugs in the room and bedbugs. I recommend you do not stay at this property when we confronted the desk man he said sorry will spray there was no offer for compensation for the miserable stay will not stay again. Do not recommend you stay"

"Enjoyed the property, front desk service, the free cookies, and the very up-to-date room. Only problems were (1) a slow-draining sink in the bathroom (reported our first day, but never fixed completely, if addressed at all), and (2) the 3-day hold on our $100 deposit -- the duration of which was never revealed when we checked in (we expected an immediate credit back to our checking account/debit card."
"it is near the airport and a highway so, noise is to be expected. both apple maps and google maps give poor and wrong directions. google maps as linked from expedia actually insisted on a wrong turn and a two mile loop over and over. note that it is a bit tricky to get into the property but on the opposite side of the divided highway where google maps takes you.
on the plus side a wide selection and complimentary breakfast is available from 6:00-9:30 am which is nice and a noon check-out time is convenient . plenty of amenities and rates are reasonable. i will stay again. "
"Overall the stay was great, the breakfast was ok. Our only issue really was that there were things that had maintenance problems that had not been repaired adequately or that weren’t repaired. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that had not been repaired, there was floor trim that has become unglued and was just a sore sight to look at. Overall customer experience was great and I would stay here again but I would just let the maintenance crew know to look at every room and fix what is obvious and makes the room look bad."

"The room we were initially assigned had a couple of issues, and the staff were quick to resolve the matter, and in fact upgraded the room from a single queen to a double queen room with no conflict. I was very happy with the quality of service, and when we were settled, it was quite comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet."
