Excellent, well equipped, comfortable flat

As described, comfortable, well equipped flat (really good kitchen equipment) in a nice quiet area, with good access to ski buses. Very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is spacious, and has a friendly feel. We would stay again, for sure.

Gut zugeschnittenes Ferienappartement

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im Haus „Bea“ verbracht. Das geräumige Appartement hat alles, was es für einen schönen Skiurlaub braucht: Warmer Skiraum, kurze Entfernung zum Skibus, in 5 Minuten bei der Talstation der Bergbahn, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß beim Bäcker - wenn Schnee und Wetter stimmen, steht einem schön Sporturlaub nichts im Wege. Das Appartement bleibt auf jeden Fall auf unserer Liste der passenden Ferienwohnungen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Sehr gute Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, 1 Parkplatz in der Parkgarage (zweites Fahrzeug ist schwierig unterzubringen, da nur an kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen geparkt werden darf). Alle schönen Orte entweder zu Fuß oder mit kostenlosen Bus erreichbar. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland natürlich sehr teuer, aber es ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Ort!Nette Vermieterin, tolle Kontaktperson vor Ort, in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.

Alles bestens

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Alles ist geräumig und sauber. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge ist toll. Wir waren wandern und im Caumasee schwimmen. Wir konnten auch den Bus gut nutzen. Haltestelle ist in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, auch vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Arbeit & Ferien in Flims

Grosszügige scharmante und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter lädt sie zum Verweilen ein. Für uns 3 perfekt, jedoch für grössere Gruppen ab 6 Personen könnte sie evtl. etwas zu eng sein.

Top lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist tiptop eingerichtet, top Lage Nähe Bushaltestelle. Aber auch zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.

Extremely nice apartment

For skiing or mountain biking, this is the perfect place to stay. The apartment has everything you might need, nice views, and many tasteful features. Beds and furniture are comfortable too. Owner was very responsive and no matter what it is, she probably speaks your language, and well.

Erholsamer Urlaub in optimaler Wohnung

Wir haben mit insgesamt sechs Erwachsenen eine erholsame Woche mit Skifahren und Wandern in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist für alle Aktivitäten optimal, Skibus und Wanderwege sind fast unmittelbar vom Haus aus erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet auch für sechs Erwachsene mehr als genug Platz, ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig (leider war der Kamin defekt, wohl im ganzen Haus), äußerst sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Nutzung der Sauna im Haus haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Leider steht wirklich nur ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung, ein eventueller zweite Wagen müsste dann kostenpflichtig im (Nachbar-) Dorf abgestellt werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns auch über die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Verwalterin gefreut.

Excellent week

We were in a group of 6 (2 adults, 3 teens, 1 child) and had an excellent week in this spacious and very well equipped apartment, which is facing South with a lovely view on the mountain range. The sauna in the building was a superb extra, that was much appreciated to round off the intensive days on the slopes.
