“It was our first family reunion with our grandkids, and we were celebrating a birthday as well, and it was just so much fun. The kids enjoyed fishing. The pond is extremely stock with fish, and everyone was fishing and catching fish. The house was spacious enough that no one felt crowded. Very impressed with all the utensils very nice the cows and the dog very friendly, very nice getaway just to relax and reset and enjoy the beauty of God‘s creation and nature saw a lot of lizards and spiders……

“Convenient location and quiet area.”

“Fabulous house with fabulous hosts! So glad to find this gem of a place to stay! We were so comfortable and felt at home in this sweet little house. The double bunk beds really open up the possibilities for our family of 5 to rest comfortably. Attention to detail, superb communication, and extremely accommodating to meet all our needs…these hosts demonstrate the very best of hospitality!”

“Great stay. Excellent host. Very nice place. Perfect neighborhood. Thank you.”

“This is an excellent property for families. My grandchildren loved swimming, kayaking and fishing from the dock. When we weren't fishing we played billiards, watched movies and played games inside. They didn't even ask to go somewhere but We did go to Bass Pro shop which was very close by in Tyler. The sunsets from this property are beautiful.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything that we needed and more. There were games that were left which the family had a lot of fun playing. They had wifi and Roku tv. It has a great location close to the mall. It was very cool inside even though it was quite hot outside. Everything was immaculate. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to others.”

“The place was very clean and the host was very responsive with communication. We were there for a bass tournament at Lake Palestine and we had adequate parking for two boats and trucks.”

“Located in a quiet neighborhood and nestled in the woods. it reminded me of a futuristic cabin in a Star Wars movie. a unique rental experience. the host left useful things in the house. every possible thing that you would need for a short stay was there. the paid for netflix and streaming TV was a plus. charming decor that you don't find in many other places. definitely had a unique character. Stayed here while visting friends that live in the Tyler area. a great retreat from a busy city life.……

“This is a lovely property! Everything we needed and more. We will definitely return. It's nice to have nearby groceries so you dont have to pack everything.”

“Had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The house was in a great location.”

“Very nice and clean and organized very convenient to food places and if you have any in - two. Aaron's!! Definitely will go back & host is very responsive and understanding!”

“We had a great stay! The location is great and was very close to our needs the grocery stores, the park, etc. The host was very responsive and accommodating!”

“WORST stay we have had in a Vrbo. The duplex reeked of pot/weed everyday, even the night we got there at 10pm. Contacted the lady who owns it and never received a call back or an email after she said she’d go take a look. I asked for a call back there was no further communication between her and I. There were multiple items broken or damaged in the duplex. The shower had mold in it, the master bathroom was not cleaned before we got there. There was also mouse poop all over in the hot water……

“It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“House was very clean, close to shops and restaurants. Host was great with communication and friendly and helpful.”

“This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.”
