"The hosts were gracious, and never intrusive. We rented the property for our 10 year anniversary and for the relaxation and quiet that the area offered. Ray and Deb were so kind to let us bring our 3 fur babies 2 that are seniors. The bed was AMAZING..So comfortable. All and all we had a great relaxing time, and I have to say the smell of honeysuckle will linger in my memory for a long time!!"

"Property was immaculate! It’s obvious the owner takes excellent care of the home. The availability of 2 kayaks and life jackets was an added bonus that we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy. We kayaked around the lake at least twice each day, and enjoyed fishing off the small dock. Our 2 night stay was at the tail end of a busy week in New Orleans and we are so glad we ended our trip here. Highly recommend a stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life."

"Awesome place to stay"

"The home is spacious, and was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plently of cooking gear in the kitchen for making big meals, which we always do. The beds were comfortbale- there are so many beds in this house I lost count! Two big couches, lots of room for everyone to spread out. A wonderful screened in porch area. Upper and lower level decks were beautiful. Plenty of hot water. Some big flatheads in that cove, fishing right off the dock. They like garlic and red koolaid hotdogs best. I needed to contact the owners, simply due to spring at the lake the hot tub needed cleaned, and they responded right away and fixed the problem immediatly. We come down a few times a year, and this will now be our go to rental each time. This home would def be big enough for bigger groups! Oh, and a wii and plenty of board games too! 5 stars on this one for sure!"

"Super cute little cabin that was convient to Jack Daniel’s distillery. Also close to Tom’s Ford Lake. Wish we could have stayed longer and relaxed more. "

"We had the best time on our vacation! The cabin was the perfect place for us to kick back and relax. We spent the week fishing! The boat was perfect for trolling around the lake. We caught several bass around the 5lb mark. And we both have the fish story of the one that got away! I left an approximate 5 lb there for someone, and 2 that have hooks in them because they broke my line! Tom and Laura are delightful hosts! Tom was so thoughtful and engaging. We met several neighbors while we were out. Everyone around was so friendly! You are in a remote area, yet close enough to run to Walmart if you need to. We had all the amenities that we needed for our 1 week stay! Beautiful view of the lake every morning and evening."
