Het is echt een heel mooi huisje. Leuke locatie. Maar helaas het onderhoud is gewoon slecht. Loszittende tuintegels. Vaatwasser moest zo enorm worden schoongemaakt. Alles sproeiers zaten verstopt. Mijn vader is daar een hele poos mee bezig geweest. En vervolgens moest alle vaat er opnieuw in. Alles zat vol met viezigheid en kalk aanslag. Onder de bedden vieze tissues. De kelder staat heel veel wasgoed. Mijn tip zet dat in 1 of 2 kamers neer en doe die op slot. Het ziet er behoorlijk smerig uit. Hier valt zoveel meer uit te halen. Het is een prachtig huisje op een prachtige locatie. Maar onderhoud is gewoon belangrijk. O ja een tip kledingkasten zou erg fijn zijn

Prima huis met alle denkbare voorzieningen aanwezig. Minpunt is de doorgaande weg die vlak voor het huis loopt, het is een redelijk drukke weg die je ook in huis goed kunt horen. Omgeving is mooi, veel wandelmogelijkheden. Terrein rondom het huis is ruim, vooral prettig voor onze honden.

Mooi vakantiehuis. Na aankomst getelefoneerd met de eigenaresse en daarna genoten van onze week weg met de familienaam honden. Netjes en leuk ingericht, veel huisraad aanwezig en mooie ligging. Een minpuntje was wel het fornuis. Deze geeft snel een overhitting aan bij gebruik van 2 pitten of meer. Wij hebben er verder wel genoten.

Er was iets misgegaan in de communicatie tussen ardennesRelais en de beheerder, dus het huis was niet klaar toen we aankwamen. Nadat we gebeld hadden was ze er zo. Wij zijn toen in het dorp gaan eten en ondertussen ging ze als een razende door het huis. Gelukkig was het nog redelijk schoon. Afgezien hiervan was de ontvangst heel hartelijk en het huis een aangename verrassing.

Wij waren in Flobecq van 04 september tot en met 07 september met 7 personen. Onze vakantie is erg goed meegevallen wat betreft het weer en de omgeving. Het huisje zelf was ook niet slecht op zich maar er waren wel enkele gebreken die mits een beetje moeite gemakkelijk kunnen opgelost worden. Toen wij ons gingen installeren viel ons al meteen de diepvries op die niet proper was en ook niet leeggemaakt was. Er lagen nog wat ijsjes in van de vorige huurder (?) In de keuken mistten we ook enkele attributen zoals een broodmes en een vleesmes. Een keerborstel was ook niet aanwezig en de aanwezige stofzuiger deed het ook niet zoals we wilden. Op het prachtige terras lagen ook enkele randstenen los. Maar al bij al hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gekend, mede dankzij het prachtige weer en de prachtige omgeving om fijne wandelingen te maken. Voor ons was dit een dikke 7 waard.

Gezellig huis, lekkere tuin, likje verf en wat nieuwe planten en dergelijke zou geen kwaad kunnen. Douches niet fijn, weinig water. We hebben een huishandleiding, met hoe alles werkt en waar heen met het afval, gemist. Misschien tot dat dat normaal persoonlijk wordt verteld, maar wij zijn niet persoonlijk ontvangen, Fijn dat bedden opgemaakt zijn, en dat er handdoeken zijn. Minder fris dat er geen moltons op de bedden liggen. Prima huis, maar zou heel wat meer van te maken zijn.

Jedes Jahr am vorletzten oder letzten Märzwochenende buchen wir über Belvilla ein Ferienhaus in den Ardennen für ein langes Wanderwochenende von Freitag bis Montag.Wir haben noch nie Probleme gehabt und das schon seit etwa 10 Jahren mit der Aufhebung und unseren Urlaub zu übertragen, vor allem in den letzten zwei Jahren aufgrund der Corona - Maßnahmen, wir keine Probleme für diese Erfahrung hat, wurde in einer fairen Art und Weise angeordnet Alles, also warum Belvilla die Nummer 1 für uns für unsere jährliche Familie Ausflug,
