"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. We were able to check out at 12 instead of 10am only because we sent evidence of the fact that we...

"The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. The balcony door is blocked off. Guides from Roman blinds were broken and no way to adjust the angle. Seals under the shower are gone so you flood the bathroom every time you choose to have a...

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. Wish I’d have had a fan in the room.

"OK, I usually don’t do reviews of hotels I stay in as I’m in so many with my work that it can be time consuming to review every one. However there are the odd one or two that I do review for differing reasons, this being one of them and it warrants a review. The place is awesome, with a kitchen between rooms so you can make your own meals if you wish. The owners came out to greet us as we arrived and already knew our names (I was travelling with my work colleague who was in a different room) The only drawback I had was that there wasn’t a fan in my room and it was extremely hot that night. Other than that I’d thoroughly recommend the Old Vicarage to anyone going towards Silverstone racetrack or the surrounding area and I’ll be back if my work takes me there. "

Great hotel

"This was my 2nd stay with Moxy Milton Keynes and both were great. The room is very comfy and has working AC which is so vital this summer. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming. I love the complimentary cocktail at check in. Nice touch! The hotel is located in a perfect spot which has access to tons of food options, a sainsbury across the street and is very close to the train station. "

A lovely family stay

"1 night stay as a family of 4. (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 15 month old) At first I was a little reluctant to book, after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad I looked past them. The room was lovely! The perfect set up for what we wanted. We came away for my husbands 30th birthday and the location was a good mid point stay between where we were going over 2 days. The hotel even set up a low camp bed for our youngest, which saved us lugging her travel cot into the room. It was quite warm in the room and only a small desk fan available. We were on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows all fully open and even then the children were unsettled. Luckily there is a park just around the corner, so we went for an early norning walk there. Breakfast was lovely! Staff were all friendly and chatty. We also sat in the garden for a drink in the evening, it was really nice and cool down there. The room was clean and well presented. Tea coffee and biscuits in the room. There was even a little fridge, perfect to store our daughters milk! We will definitely return if we head that way again. Thank you for a lovely stay!! "
