Enjoy a peaceful stay in this newly remodeled retreat with a king size bed and a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer. Across street from the Elk River. Neighborhood boat launch. Enjoy peace and still have great internet service. Just minutes from downtown Rogersville where you can enjoy amazing food and go hiking or fishing at Joe Wheeler State Park. Close to Brownsferry. We are pet friendly. There is a Pet Fee $50, and all pets have to be approved.

This house is across the street from the Elk River. Have great view most of the year. Has newly installed internet service.

We are very close to the elk river just acoss the street. Walking distance to the boat launch and nieghborhood park. Beautiful area.

Rogersville Resturants and Grocery store are only 5 miles from the retreat.
Very convenient to town.

Pet welcome with $50 Pet Fee and $150 pet Deposit. Please note the property is on a hill. There is extra Parking and turn around space. Please stay on the gravel. Welcome to use neigborhood boat dock and park.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am for outside activities. Goes up a hill. Is a tight turn around space.
No Smoking in the house!! $250.00 for smoking in the house.

No Parties. No added quest without approval.
We are pet friendly. There is a pet Fee. Which is $50. No more than two allowed. If you bring pets without paying the pet fee you will be Charged $100 for the pet. I am on the property and usually see you during your stay. So sorry to feel the need for this paragraph.
