Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again."

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. "I have stayed at the Social Hub twice and it is a clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to the historic center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful."
