「I stayed in my room, but also a night in the “honeymoon suite” the night prior. They did not have my room ready for check in at 3 pm and in the honeymoon suite, they did not have the beds properly made and left a bag of garbage in the room. The restaurant had a long line of patrons waiting despite many empty booths. Staff kept telling patrons to wait for a clean booth but they had been doing other activities than cleaning to booths to sit patrons.」

「There are definitely upgrades needed. The lamp on the bedside table didn’t work, the toilet rocked on the floor (worried it was going to break), confusion at check-in but the staff was able to rectify it. The breakfast was very simple but I had to ask for yogurt, water for the kettle and tea other than orange pekoe. Would have been nice to have a green tea. 「Should be better. I found a hair in the bad. Pillow is too high. Bed is ok. I don’t like the pool side view, which is a unopen indoor window to see the inside pool.But you can smell some bleach taste in the room when you sleeping. I booked for three people but only have two set towel. But the front desk staff is nice. I left my toothbrush in previous hotel and she gave me one for free. Don’t expect the breakfast, quite disappointed. 」

「When we arrived it took forever to figure out where it was because the name on the hotel was completely different as it was purchased and new sign not up yet. The man at the desk was zero help. Said we had booked a room with one double bed. Even though I booked a room that states could sleep 4 people as I had my children ages 11 and 14 with us.
