「This was an excellent place to stay and amazing value for money - the room was spacious, and clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning and a private bathroom The hostess, Ocha, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need. She provided a good breakfast (included in the price) and recommended a local driver who took me to a nearby cave for swimming on my last day then dropped me at the airport.」

「We got a standard room (200,000 IDR) instead of the superior room that we had booked (450,000 IDR). The host arrived the following day - he didnt even care to answer the phone. No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room. The room we stayed in had a broken bed, a window impossible to close, absolutely reeking toilet due to not working sewer system, the door lock stuck so the host...

「The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. Finally, it was very noisy: we could hear a party, the family living next door and the nearby mosque. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.」
