Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).

Very basic and in need of maintenance

Let’s start with the good things: the staff is nice, quite helpful, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is very dysfunctional: From very small doors in the hallway to micro sized elevators, it seems that no one thought about the fact that people bring luggage when they are traveling. The rooms are very basic, dated, and in clear need of maintenance. Wifi is incredibly slow. The showers take forever to heat up the water, resulting in a lot of water waste. For that price tag, you can get way better options in the city.

The hotel and staff were both amazing! Lucia especially was very helpful with my checkout. Incredible complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms, fluffy pillows and quiet. Also right next to tons of food options at Rita Marias. The ONLY place to stay downtown. Will be going back soon!

Hotel novo, café da manhã bom, funcionários prestativos e muito simpáticos, única coisa péssima São as camas, um hotel assim não pode ter camas de 90cm de largura só, cama de solteiro tem q ser mínimo de 1 metro, mínimo mesmo, se vc é um hóspede mais cheinho, não pode se mexer na cama se não cai… tirando isso tudo ok

Dei cinco estrelas, mas o hotel estava em reforma, com a piscina sem funcionar. Só tinha alugado o hotel por causa da piscina. Dou nota 7 para o hotel. Café da manhã bom, mas eles tem uma fixação grande em ficar conferindo as pessoas pelos quartos, ficam em cima da pessoa .
