“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……

“This property is the perfect get-away. Quite relaxing. The beds are super comfy the outside sitting area is quiet and relaxing. The interior is fully furnished very nice quality everything. And you are within 10 minutes of shopping and tons of restaurants. I hated to leave.Hope I can return.”

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“Property was really misrepresented in the photos. It is a very small ranch home upstairs bedrooms are tiny although the downstairs is roomy. Each of the adults that stayed complained of the beds and were sore after staying there for two nights, the third night was almost unbearable. The floor was broken and falling apart in several places those were covered by industrial type mats. The kitchen was really a nice kitchen except there was no equipment. There was no pot for the coffee maker. There……

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the……
