I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building.
