“We received a very warm welcome from the host. The room was very clean, spacious and with falbous Seaview. The breakfast was good and fresh. The host provided very useful tips in visiting and duning in Cornwall. Definitely we will revisit Cornwall and stay in Green Apple B&B.”

We learned very well how to drive in Cornwall on the narrow roads and had no issues as long as we were careful! “Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!”

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”
