Villa Gentilini, nature & comfort
Our guests are welcome in our renovated apartment (3 bedrooms, 6 sleeps, 2 bathrooms) of Villa Gentilini, a large house immersed in the nature, for very relaxing periods in summer and great skiing in winter. Villa Gentilini is located in the characteristic small village of Serrada, 4 km from Folgaria, 20 km from the cities of Rovereto and Trento and 35 km from the Garda Lake.
Villa Gentilini is ideally located to walk, bike and ski on the Altopiano di Folgaria e Lavarone. Excursions start right out the door of Villa Gentilini. In winter our guests can walk to the ski station of Serrada (5 minutes) and have access to the large network of ski slopes of the Altipiano di Folgaria e Lavarone.
Villa Gentilini is at walking distance from the center of Serrada (5 minutes) where our guests can also find a grocery store, a bakery, a bar, two pizzerias and a restaurant.
From 1 January 2020, the cost does not include 1 euros per person (over 14 years) per night of province tax, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The amount must be paid in cash upon check-out.
The "Trentino guest card" can be obtained for free by the guests of Villa Gentilini and includes many benefits to visit the entire Province of Trento.

Hoog in de bergen
Huis aan de weg. Is in mei heel rustig. De weg erheen is een behoorlijk gekronkel maar er wordt rustig gereden. Serrada heeft een kleine heel goed gesorteerde winkel die 2 of 3 dagen per week open is begin mei, een bar (soms open)en een pizzarestaurant. Heel veel wandelingen starten in Serrada. Huis is heel ruim. Houdt rekening met dun plafond. Je hoort de huurders op de andere verdiepingen wel. Thee en koffie zelf meenemen. Bedden oke, beetje hard maar veel mensen vinden dat fijn. Brandschoon en alles is verder aanwezig. De gastheer reageert per app op vragen. De caretakers zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Heerlijk in mei voor wandelaars en frisse luchtzoekers. Er waren nauwelijks andere toeristen.

Schönes Haus in riesigem Garten
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und super hilfreich.
Am Wochenende war die Wohnung oberhalb bewohnt, da hört man deutlich die Schritte auf dem Holzboden.
Morgens wird die Idylle durch einige Autos gestört, die auf der Strasse unterhalb des Hauses vorbei fahren.

Consiglio Villa Gentilini a chi ama la tranquillità, ha bisogno di spazio, alle famiglie...la casa è bella, molto luminosa, comoda, pulitissima e non manca assolutamente nulla! cucina ben rifornita, funzionale ed accogliente. Spazio per i bambini, perfino alcuni giochi, pennarelli...
Serrada non offre molto ma impianti sciistici che si collegano con l'intero altopiano si ed a pochi minuti d'auto servizi vari. Il supermercato x alimentari essenziali è vicino.
Il proprietario è molto presente tramite internet per qualunque cosa e cordialissimo.

Sehr schönes Haus - gut ausgestattet
Wir wohnten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle. Wir bewohnten das komplette Erdgeschoss und konnten Keller und Garage nutzen. Das Obergeschoss gehörte nicht dazu und war an den Wochenenden bewohnt. Die Ausstattung war super. Ansprechpartner waren vor Ort schnell erreichbar.
Die Skipiste ist direkt fußläufig im Ort erreichbar. Wir selbst sind mit den Autos zu den größeren Einstiegspunkten Fondo Grande und Fondo Piccolo gefahren (15 Minuten Fahrzeit).
Es war insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

La casa è in una posizione è strategica per le varie escursioni disponibili ( co soglio vivamente la Forra del Lupo).Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.La casa è molto bella , completa di ogni comfort e pulitissima. Se avremo l'occasione di tornare in zona torneremo sicuramente a Villa Gentilini.

Tutto perfetto. Consigliatissima.
La casa è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le piste da sci. Si trova a Serrada a 3 km da Folgaria ma a 500 metri dalla seggiovia di Serrada. L'appartamento è ampio, bello, accogliente e con tutti gli accessori.
Il proprietario è una persona cortesissima e sebbene viva in Ohio, è sempre "presente" per risolvere i piccoli problemi.
Mi sento di raccomandare la casa e credo che ci tornerò in una prossima vacanza.
Riguardo a Folgaria e alle piste di sci, nulla da eccepire. Piste adatte ai bambini, impianti assolutamente moderni. Grazie Paolo
