“It was absolutely a lovely stay. The hotel room is clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was one night the A/C didnt work and the hotel staff handled our situation by WhatsApp promptly and fixed it soon. The hotel very conveniently located with 1 min walk to #7 metro line and 10 mins walk to the gare du nord. Many gorgeous restaurants and bakeries nearby. Will definitely come back for a stay when in town next time. ”

“The check in was quick with pleasant staff. However, the room I reserved was with a window that cannot be opened. There was only heat in the room, only heat. It was too hot but after turning off the aircon I could not breathe because there was no ventilation at all. I did not sleep for whole night! ”
