We really enjoyed this hotel and was so excited to see they put beautiful balloons and towels like a swan for our anniversary. So sweet. Only thing I didn’t like is the toilet is. Dry far from the sink to wash your hands and there is no mirror over the desk to do your make up. Great experience 💕💕💕

We are celebrating our wedding anniversary in Paris and had a wonderful stay. Although our arrival didn't go quite as planned, the hotel handled the situation with so much care and professionalism. The manager personally followed up, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the thoughtful anniversary decorations and beautiful balcony room made us feel special. What impressed us most was how the team turned a frustrating arrival into such a positive experience. We are very grateful for their kindness and hospitality and would happily stay here again and again.
