"Meticulously clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing (although not free as stated above). All of the staff members were absolutely wonderful, including the front desk, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff. There were not any super close dining or shopping options walkable from the hotel, but there was a grocery store within a 15 minute walk. The hotel is located very close to a bus stop, so it is easy to get places if you do not have a car. The hotel is also located across the street from the ice arena, which is the reason why we stayed there. We would definitely stay here again."

"Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again. "
