Overall good

A bit overpriced for the overall condition and during the off season. Your view is the roof of a restaurant and all the mechanical fans and coolers. It was clean and has everything you need to have a good stay. Close to the beach and touristy shops. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location.

This apartment was perfectly located for everything we needed during our friend’s wedding weekend. It’s right in the mix of all the main bars, but somehow not loud at night. Nice and clean and comfortable, would love to stay again if we come back to Folly in the future.

The best thing about this rental is the location. As others sit in a line of traffic searching for for an expensive parking spot for the beach we simply walked out our door and were on the beach in less than 5min. Same for going out eat, just a short walk away. And the place was clean & had everything we needed.

Great for a short Folly stay

We had a great 3 nights here. Super clean! Comfy beds!!! Right in the middle of town. So much fun!!! Kinda loud at night but that added to the fun and didn’t last too late!! Highly recommend!!

Great small place if you want to be close to Folly nightlife. It’s a little loud on weekend nights but it didn’t bother us. Place was clean. There’s no coffee provided so bring your own!

Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean unit, quiet. Only stayed a couple nights but we liked how it was close to everything! The ceiling fans in the unit could use replacing or a way to turn off/ change speed as they were a bit noisy.
