This home comfortably SLEEPS 8 GUESTS with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Entering from the expansive front porch, you'll find convenient access to the first floor sitting area/media room with TV, and on this level you'll find 3 bedrooms, EACH with QUEEN BED, KING BED and KING BED, and each with a private ensuite bath appointed with spa-like luxury linens, as well as French doors in each room that provide direct access to the spacious first floor porch, so you can wake up to watch the surfers and sunrise from the expansive porches. With loads of luxury amenities, ELEGANT ESCAPE is truly a dream family vacation getaway. and with convenient beach access directly across the street means that you're just a few steps from being on the beach.
Upstairs on the second floor, you are greeted with expansive ocean views from every room. This level is truly the heart of the home and the place where every can spend time playing games, catching a movie, or taking in the views. The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace for a cozy nights in, and double French doors that open to a second floor porch for indoor/outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen has loads of prep space and everything you need to start your day with breakfast and coffee, and end it with good food and laughter after a day spent with your toes in the sand. With a breakfast bar that seats 3, an adjacent dining area that accommodates 8, and additional outdoor dining set for 4, ELEGANT ESCAPE offers plenty of room for everyone. Additionally on this level you'll find the master suite with KING BED outfitted with luxury linens, direct access to the porch through French doors and a private ensuite bath with separate tub & walk-in shower.
ELEGANT ESCAPE includes full-sized washer/dryer, high speed internet, WIFI, GRILL, and plenty of places to take in the view. The enclosed ground level space includes ample off street parking, plenty of room to store your beach gear, and a private outdoor shower. With this perfect Folly Beach location, you won't want your days spent enjoying the outdoors to come to an end, all while being nearby to the shopping, dining and nightlife downtown Folly Beach has to offer.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.
