Great House

Great house in a very walkable location, perfect for our family! Being right near a playground was such a bonus with kids. The pool house was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing stay. Heating the pool or hot tub did add a bit to the cost more than we usually see, but overall it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again

Folly beach

Best Stay on Folly

Perfect location. Great response by the management group. Great house with everything you need, and now a new pool to boot for when you don't want to drag the kids the few steps down the street to the beach or the playground. Will stay here again if possible!

The house is cute and clean. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This is a great property! We loved that we could bring our dog, also. It had all the amenities we wanted. We also liked the keyless entry. We walked to the beach and restaurants everyday. Plenty of parking. We can't wait to visit again!

Folly!

Great spot for the family to stay on Folly Beach! Block off the beach. Close to all the restaurants/bars. Beautiful home with hot tub and pool. If headed to Folly definitely recommend staying here. Already looking forward to going back.

Amazing stay in Folly Beach

The house was great! Even better than advertised. Perfect location near the beach and town. The pool and hot tub were great additions. The property manager regularly checked in and was prompt in answering questions. We would love to rent this house again.

Beautiful & Convenient

The property was gorgeous and so walkable for everything on Folly! We had a couple small things we needed support with and Carolina One was fantastic about communicating with us. The house was so cozy and perfect for what we needed. We’ll absolutely be back!

Labor Day week vacation

We had 4 adults in the house and it was perfect. The house was very easy to entertain in and we loved the flip flops provided for the beach! We were close to the west end of the island for collecting shells and very close to Central Ave for dining and shopping. The drive into Charleston was easy and we enjoyed the sights there as well. We will definite stay at the cottage again.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at Folly Me. Well stocked with everything we needed - from kitchen to towels for the pool, even beach chairs we could use. The pool was beautiful and well worth the $ to heat it. The 5 min walk to the beach made it easy if we forgot something. A quiet street with a kids dream playground at the park right outside the front door. We loved it!

Fantastic property and location.

The house is absolutely wonderful and our stay was fantastic. Quiet location at the end of the street with the marsh in the back of the property makes it feel very private. Just a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the restaurants on Center St. was very convenient. The time of year was perfect as well with many mornings practically having the beach to ourselves. The property manager was also super to deal with. They were very prompt in answering questions and made sure our stay was great. We're definitely planning on returning again.

Great spot!

Well located, close to Center Street, plenty of room. Loved the pool and hot tub too! We and our dogs loved this place. My only suggestion would be to add more of a secure fence to the back yard. It was partially open and our dogs could easily get to the marsh. Owners were embers responsive to any issues we had.

Well deserved getaway!

The house was amazing but the pool overlooking the marshland was the highlight! We had a few questions and were immediately helped! The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. Sluggish we had some trouble with the cable TV on the last day and the Wi-Fi was sluggish as well… but to note - a hotspot might be a good idea! Would recommend to anyone we know! BRAVO!

Great short trip

The short trip was wonderful, although there was a fire ant concern near the hot tub. Additionally, I hadn't anticipated a delivery fee for beach equipment, so it might be helpful to clarify that with future renters. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience at the place was fantastic!

It's all about the pool and location!

First time to Folly Beach. The island isn't very big, but the house was in prime location, steps to a non crowded part of the beach and short drive (golf cart) to the center of town. House is well maintained with beautiful pool and hot tub. Extra to heat hot tube and a few days heat was off, but management was willing to refund fee. We would definitely rent again here.

Perfect Folly Vacation!

Folly Me was the most perfect beach getaway experience. A week prior to our arrival, we received a detailed welcome letter explaining exactly what we needed during our stay. Our self check in/ check out was flawless. The home was beautiful, welcoming, and puppy proof for our fur babies. Amazing beach access and located right next to the neighborhood park. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time at Folly. We highly recommend this property and are looking forward to future stays at Folly Me.
