Great place!

We stayed here when the pool at our other VRBO was closed. Awesome upgrade! Pool and dock was great, 3 ish blocks to beach and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Citadel Parents Weekend landing spot

This property provided my family flexibility and room to be together. We loved sitting by the pool on Sunday and the views from the deck. We will stay here again!

Girls’ Trip to Folly Beach and Charleston

Great location, well stocked, and clean! We saw dolphins in the river every day. Folly Beach, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops were approximately half to three quarters of a mile walk one way. Downtown Charleston is only a twenty minute drive. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location to explore Folly Beach & Charleston!

This place is wonderful! We walked right over the bridge into Folly Beach to enjoy the shops and restaurants. If you choose to drive in, parking is available for a very reasonable charge. If you drive all the way to the right in Folly Beach, there is a lovely beach with tons of parking. It was 10 for the day. We drove into Charleston for one day and did a lot of sightseeing and touristy things, like City Market, the Pineapple Fountain, and Rainbow Row. We will most definitely be back!

Turn of River 2 B

The condo is in a great location. Folly Beach is cool. Just a 20 min drive to downtown Charleston. There was an issue when we arrived; however, Matt (Property Manager) and his team were very responsive and could not have been any nicer; they were very understanding and went above and beyond. Thank you again to Matt and his Team.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view and great location . Watched dolphins out the window .waking distance to beach and doing. 15to 20 minutes to Charleston. Had an issue with fridge light maintenance was there with in the hour to replace the bulb . Loved the area and the location . Condo was large with 3 bathrooms .

Best Beach Vacation

We all loved the condo, it was clean, roomy and had a very well appointed kitchen if you plan to cook or entertain. The screened in balcony was everyone’s favorite gathering place to enjoy the view and watch dolphins each morning and evening. The pool was refreshing and the dock was great for catching the sunset.

This is a gorgeous, spacious condo with a great, large balcony. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything we needed was available to us. We had a problem getting access to the pool because the code wasn't working, but someone came quickly to fix the issue. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would stay at this condo again.

Awesome Time!

Our family had a wonderful time while staying at this location. The property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located to visit Folly Beach & Charleston. Beautiful views off the screened in patio as well! Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Folly Beach area!

Turn of the River 2B

This was a fantastic location. The Condo was exceptional - the rooms were spacious and well decorated, comfortable and spotless. The kitchen with all of the glassware, dishes, flatware in addition to every kitchen appliance, just surprised us. The fishing dock, pool and screened porch provided a wonderful break when we weren't at the beach - which was a few minutes away. We have stayed at other rentals and this one, by far, was the BEST!

"Lovely" was the word my daughter-in-law used!

Son, daughter-in-law and kids got to the condo before we did. I was calling her to ask how the condo was at the same time she texted me and said, "this place is just lovely!" That made my heart so glad. I was in charge of finding us a place for our weekend event on Folly Beach. We had such a great time and were so glad to have a nice place to come "home" too. This is a place that we will definitely come back too!!

Waterfront condo

The condo was as listed, the only issue we had was there was a moldy smell. The location and condo was as listed. They had all kitchen items the only thing they did not have was a blender. We did enjoy watching the dolphins in the morning from the balcony.

Turn of River 2B

Exactly as advertised. Warm and welcoming home. No issues with checkin or checkout. The communication ahead of our stay was very detailed and timely so all questions were answered. The views down the Folly River are spectacular. Traffic into Folly Beach is very heavy on Saturday and Sunday but we had no issues turning left out of the property. The beach is an easy walk so no reason to turn right and fight traffic and search for parking. Highly recommend this unit!
