This condo was beyond clean and was the perfect location! Downtown was walking distance and Charleston was 20 minute drive. This view from the condo is unbeatable! We will definitely be returning :)

It was exactly as listed and we had everything we needed. The table and kitchen were a little sticky and sandy, but nothing horrible. I love that we could walk to everything! Great long weekend!

We really enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The location is ideal. The pier is close by with a nice Ice cream shoppe inside. Charleston is a quick drive and we also visited Shem Creek and Boone Hall Plantation which were also relatively close. It was so nice to have a beach vacation and have so many rich historical sites close by.

Great location and beautiful ocean view! We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was spacious and was well stocked even providing beach chairs and umbrellas. We had plenty of seating on the porch for morning coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed walking to dinner every night and the beach access was very close to the condo. Thank you!

This property sleeps six comfortably. This property is one of a dwindling number of properties that are pet friendly. It is clean, comfortable, and has fantastic views. It is steps from the beach and only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. This is our second time staying in this property, and hopefully won't be our last.

Fantastic property! The location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach and Center Street. The ocean view was beautiful and the condo was as described. We had a great time and would stay here again. One note - consider parking in the small lot in front of the condos if you have a SUV or larger vehicle. Parking space #4 is tight underneath.

This unit offers a spectacular ocean view, comfortable beds, and a location that is close to Charleston. No complaints about the unit. Three bedrooms/three baths, housekeeping was perfect upon arrival. Folly Beach is just the perfect little beach town. Thanks VRBO for offering this property.

Check-in process and communication were perhaps the best I’ve experienced thru VRBO…and we’ve rented many. Great view of ocean from the balcony and the living room…saw dolphins every day. The location is just a few blocks from the pier as well as Center street. With the bars, restaurants and shops so close, we didn’t need a car…saved money and took an Uber to/from airport. Condo super clean and well equipped. We didn’t cook, but had we chosen to, everything is there. Nice to have all the basic supplies in kitchen and bathrooms so we didn’t have to run out to the store the minute we arrived (as can be the case with some rentals). I would definitely recommend this condo and especially the management group handling the property.
