Close too Beach

This is our second stay here. It is perfect for us. It is clean, well maintained and central to everything. You can walk to town and the beach easily. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We were very happy with the comfort and location of our rental. We were able to easily walk downtown for dinner at each night and couple be on the beach in a couple minutes. I would and hope to stay here again!

Great Getaway

Great place all around. House was clean and organized, the location was just a 15 minute walk to the heart of Folly (and 2 minutes to the beach), and the check-in process was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Last minute Folly getaway

The house was clean and well stocked. Great location to the beach and the town! Love that is pet friendly and that it has a fenced in yard! We enjoyed our stay and would rent this one again.

Location, location, location. 3-minute walk to the beach. Wonderful 2nd floor with tons of windows. Close to Bert’s and Center Street. Highly recommend. Great, open air with an amazing porch! Management was flexible and easy to communicate with. Would definitely go back!!!

Great dog-friendly beach stay!

House is great for a family and their fur companion. Large comfortable open living space with 2 bedrooms was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. Very close to the beach with a nice mostly fenced yard and great beach extras.

We went for a low key bachelorette party weekend. It was exactly as described. Parking was great in the back. The living space is massive with a ton of windows and natural light. Highly recommend.

A very sweet retreat

I have been coming to Folly for decades and this is just the type of place I love to stay. It is clean, comfortable, bright, and so close to the beach. Most days and eves were spent on the porch, the kitchen had all I needed to cook and it just felt so lovely and spacious and airy. The light coming in through the branches in the morning on the porch was heavenly! It felt like great value for what you receive. The host was responsive and kind. A great casual spot to unwind!

Nice location and ample space

We enjoyed our first trip to Folly Beach area and were very appreciative of the pet accommodations and responsiveness of the property manager. The space is bright and roomy and the screened porch is wonderful. We did not feel the property was ready to be rented; perhaps because we were early in the season, but it seemed there should have been a more careful preparation/checklist in advance. Grill was filthy, stove was old and not working properly, shower curtain had mold and numerous kitchen items were dirty and had to be cleaned before using. The yard has lots of "junk" lying around and just was not presentable as a beach retreat. For the total expense over 4k, this was not good.

Great family place close to beach

We wanted somewhere clean, family of 5 kid-friendly, within walking distance to the beach and that is exactly what we got. This place was cute and just about anything you might expect was provided and even some extras, beach toys etc. AnD even some much needed bug spray and baby powder 😉 the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we ever make it back to folly we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent & Family Friendly

This was the best place to stay for my family on our beach vacation this year. The house was within walking distance to the beach and super clean! The owners even let us use their umbrella and beach chairs and toys for our daughter! It's a beautiful house and we really appreciated how family-friendly this house was. Thank you!

Just wrapped up our second stay at this wonderful VRBO, and it was every bit as perfect as we remembered. The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is easy, and with fewer crowds this time of year, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean.We especially loved spending time on the screened-in porch. It was peaceful, breezy, and a favorite spot for both us and our dogs. It’s such a gift to find a place that feels effortless, and the host truly makes everything so easy from start to finish.Already looking forward to our next visit. We’ll definitely be staying here again

Excellent stay. Great communication with the host. The home was clean, comfortable and just one block from the 5 East beach access. After putting up a temp. baricade to the back corner of the house, the yard became completely enclosed for our small dogs to roam off leash. The outdoor shower was a plus, and we enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch in the evenings. We would stay here again.
