Spacious house near the beach

Well-appointed property suitable for a large group. Some wear and tear visible and some routine maintenance needed. Pool was warm enough to use on a cool day. WiFi was slow. Good location with lots of restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown Charleston.

Great stay for girls trip!

The home offered plenty of space for our large group. The big kitchen table and living space could accommodate our big group. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch and in the pool. Quick walk into town for dinner or bar and the beach (which had a great pier). Would definitely recommend for a girls trip!

Great location, spacious house, but bugs and AC issues

Stayed with a group of 13. Which included 2 pregnant women and 2 infants. At check in, the door code didn’t work, but the property management was quick to respond and get us in the house. There were bugs (mainly roaches and ants) in the kitchen (some dead, some alive and crawling over the countertops and stove) the A/C went out the first night, we first noticed around 10:30pm. I let the PM know. They responded quickly and set up a tech to come check it out the next day. (It started working by 6:00am) unfortunately it got very warm upstairs, a few people roughed it and used what fans we could to try and stay comfortable. A few chose to move downstairs and sleep on the couches and floors. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a serious bug problem. There were bugs crawling and flying constantly, we’d dispatch the ones we could, but when we’d go to check later there would be more crawling in the bed, on the floors and in the bathroom. Unfortunately that was where I was staying and decided to join the no A/C crew downstairs to get what sleep I could. There were a good bit of cosmetic damage/wear and tear around the house, which doesn’t affect our stay like having the A/C go out or bugs crawling in your bed, but still took away from the experience. Then there was the toilet in the half bath downstairs, which had the handle broken on the inside of the tank, so you had to remove the lid to flush it.
