Perfect property for my family! Across the street beach access, quick walk to town, the layout was unique however great space, comfortable, and super hosts we will be back!

Aged property needs attention

This place is a great location and has tons of potential. However, the property has not been well maintained. We called the property manager immediately upon arrival upon finding bugs, broken toilet seat and other issues. The property manager was responsive and understanding of our concerns and sent someone out the next day to try to fix the toilet and remedy bugs. However, the bugs (which included sewer flies and ants - pictures don’t do this problem justice, our daughter was covered in flies upon waking up one morning) only got worse during our stay. We decided to check out early and find alternative accommodations. The property manager understood and gave us our money back on the days of our reservation that we canceled. This property is obviously very old with a very sparse and rusting kitchen, no ice maker, no water filter, and a very crowded and cluttered back yard. It could be a gem if the money was put into fixing this property.
