Fun family vacation spot. Home is in excellent condition and plenty of room for entertaining. Great place to watch the sunsets over the Marsh in the evening.

Marsh Madness was our favorite beach rental in the Charleston area after 5 separate visits. The property is spacious, clean, and has amazing marsh views. Beach access is just down the street. We also rented a golf cart from Folly Beach Rentals, which made our vacation even more fun. Folly beach is our paradise. We hope to stay at this property again next year.

Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very clean. Quiet street. Both close enough and far enough away from the city. We truly loved our stay and hope to come back sometime!

Marsh Madness

We had a great time staying at Marsh Madness. Plenty of room for six adults and our 16 month old grandson. Place was clean, close to the beach, and everything you need for your stay.

Great getaway

Sparkling clean with a lot of space. Great views of marsh out back with vivid sunsets. Could see a bit of beach and ocean out the front, close walk to beach. Very pleased with this property.

New Year on the Marsh

Lovely home wish it had a gas grill outdoors and a fire pit. Very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked only thing missing was better use of area under the house for relaxing.

The sunsets were amazing and the space was great. We all agreed that it would be a place we would return with our own extended families because the house has enough space to all hang out together.

Thanksgiving Week

My family and I absolutely love this beach house. We spent Thanksgiving Week here with additional family and friends and absolutely loved it. The floor plan is great for multiple families, and the sunsets are great from the back. This was our second time renting this beach house, and it won't be the last. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family vacation spot!

Marsh Madness was a perfect place for our family of eight! The house was tastefully done and well maintained, and the large kitchen table was great for family dinners! A smaller table was great for games! Our only wish was that the house had access to the marsh for paddle boating or fishing! We would definitely choose Marsh Madness again!

Great Beach house

We loved the views of the marsh from the kitchen, dining room and deck. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning. The sunsets are beautiful. The house feels very roomy, all the bedrooms are a nice size and it is in very good condition. The extra bathroom upstairs came in handy too. This is my favorite location at Folly.

Great house

The house was perfect for our large family. It’s more spacious in person which was nice for our large group. I would recommend a golf cart if you have young children going to and from The beach as the access is a little bit of a walk but fine for adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and the marsh views and sunsets are amazing!

Great week at the beach!

Marsh Madness - the photos don’t do it justice! Our party was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to eat together, play games together and simply hang out. Easy beach access is .1 mile away. We loved watching the marsh wildlife and how it changed with the tides. We will definitely come back!

Marsh madness was the perfect house! We had a group stay there for the week leading up to a wedding- on the more remote part of folly, so no issue getting to/finding a place to lay on the beach, beautiful house, well kept, very spacious!! It was everything we needed and more! Plus the back porch was a prime time spot for sunset happy hour! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in folly!

College Friends for Life

Group of friends for 50 years enjoyed a long weekend at Marsh Madness. House was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views of sunset across the marsh. We didn’t cook so can’t speak to pots and pans but we did hire a private chef one night and there was plenty of room. Loved the location and the house.
