A Great Experience
This property was close to everything you would want for a stay at Folly Beach. The apartment was well-equipped and charming. The owners were extremely helpful and fabulous for the duration of my two-month stay.

Hidden under a home (but not in the basement) is this roomy guest cottage with all the amenities of home. The covered patio provided a nice outdoor space for morning coffee. Located close to the town center and local grocery which is open 24/7. Cozy and cost effective...will be visiting again.

Lovely place
I and my 2 friends had a lovely stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor space was nice and we loved the outdoor shower because the juxtaposition of the modern interior and the old school shower was delightful. The place was immaculate and comfortable and the host was available if needed but not intrusive. The beach was an easy stroll away and a beach cart was provided. We did not need laundry done but machines are on site. We also loved the bidet as we use one at home. 5 stars

Great location and easy access to everything at Folly Beach. Plants around home are grown up some versus the picture so we initially drove right past the place upon arrival. Downstairs apt was super clean and well maintained. Great place to stay, easy walk to beach.

Right in the sweet spot of Folly Island
Great location right by Bert’s store and Chico Feo, Taco Boy and many other places on the strip. Beach is a few blocks away and super easy access. Apartment is clean and the outside shower is a nice touch.

Tucked away is lovely!
We absolutely loved our stay at Tucked Away. It’s a peaceful little oasis in the middle of all the Folly Beach action. Dianne and her family were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone we know!

Very cute property, well furnished. It had all the amenities and was in a great location close to the beach and fun restaurants. Folly Beach is a wonderful little island and we very much enjoyed our stay here!

Fun apartment to stay in if you would like to get to know and enjoy Folly beach .
Very neat apartment right near Main Street of folly Beach. It is also just a couple blocks away from the beach . You can park your car and never use it again which is a good thing in this beach community . Wonderful not fancy restaurants and bars . We had a great time .

Even Better Than Our High Hopes
A wonderful place to stay that allowed us to fall in love with Folly Beach. Even more convenient to everything than the listing shared. No more than a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and maybe a 2 minute walk to coffee shops and groceries. The location’s convenience made our stay with two little ones great and the space itself is quirky and fun. We hope to be back again soon!

Location! Location! Location!
If your looking for a clean, well equipped apartment style rental that is super convenient to beach, dining and entertainment than this is it. Cozy but enough room for two adults and two teens. It was obvious that the homeowners tried to think of everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. Beach towels, beach chairs and even an outdoor shower were all provided.. Thanks for creating a lovely place to stay, we look forward to coming back.

Perfect getaway hide-a-way
We enjoyed our stay in their quaint but perfect space for the two of us! Our goal was to visit the beach as much as we could, play some golf & visit some local friends. This property gave us everything we needed for our vacation & everything is in walking distance. we will be back!

Great Place for a Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. Tucked Away was super cozy and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Parking can be a challenge at Folly Beach but luckily we were able to park right in front of the residence and didn’t have to move our vehicle until we departed. Everything you need is just a short walk away. That was definitely our favorite part. The outdoor shower was also a nice feature for rinsing off after a long beach day. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Tucked Away.

The outdoor shower is definitely a bonus after a long day on the beach:) With this being a prime location, parking can be challenging but once you get your spot…. You won’t ever have to drive again if you have no plans to leave the island:)

A very nice place
We had a very nice stay at Dianne's Folly Beach property. Dianne lives on the second floor, which makes for a very high customer service level. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. All kitchen appliances and wares are provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from the beach / pier, but on a quiet street. The outdoor shower is a big plus! We look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at Tucked Away. The location was perfect, the apartment was super clean, and it had everything we needed for our family of three to enjoy our stay at Folly Beach. We only saw the host briefly, but she was very warm and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing too fancy, but perfect for us. No water view, but who cares when you are steps away from the beach, the pier, and downtown? Small fenced-in yard, great for your dog, too!

Amazing property
I went to Folly Beach to visit with my daughter who lives in Charleston. I was able to bring my fur babies. There was a perfect little fenced yard for them. The place was pristine! Bigger than I thought it would be and the owners have attended to any need you might need for a home away from home. Very short walk to the beach. I will definitely return.

This property was amazing!!! Just a short walk to the ocean and to everything on Center Street! Also, the little fenced in area was perfect for traveling with the pups. There are other dog-friendly options on Folly but having to leash them up every time they need a bathroom break is the pits. It was so nice to get to just sit outside with them and relax! One thing to note is that the listing does mention you’re staying in an apartment underneath the home where the family lives. When they say you can hear them up there, they aren’t kidding! Do not stay here if hearing your neighbors’ movement bothers you!! The apartment was more spacious than we expected and came with everything we could want or need to enjoy our time at the beach. 100% this is my top choice for any future trips to Folly. Thank you!!

A total gem at Folly Beach
My daughters and I wanted a mini vacation and found the most perfect place to stay. Close to everything, we were able to go to the beach, come home and go back later which is needed when you have two kids! Very clean and we loved the outdoor shower. Highly recommend.

Fantastic getaway from it all!
Tucked Away was a great place to stay in Folly Beach. It’s in a perfect location to the beach, shopping, and dining at the restaurants. Bert’s is right down the street if you need to pick up some groceries. It was a very much needed and relaxing vacation. We didn’t even go into Charleston as there was plenty to do where we stayed and we had a great time. Thanks to the Rays for renting the downstairs of your house to let us enjoy your space. It is such a cute and cozy place. We will be back!

Convenient and Dog-friendly!
This place was the perfect getaway for the 4 of us humans and our 2 dogs. It was only a couple blocks from the beach and a block from the main street so we didn't use our cars all weekend. It has a cozy fenced in front yard with patio that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I can’t say enough good things! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place is great!
My two teens and I had a wonderful stay at Tucked Away - what a little gem of a place! I would definitely like to return - very clean, right in the heart of town. I slept like a rock in the master bedroom. Dianne is also a super host - it was nice to meet her in person.
