Great place
I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe.

Awesome location
We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything and really convenient. The noise from the bars and traffic didn’t really bother us. Loved Woodys pizza, well worth the hour wait. Lost dog for breakfast was phenomenal. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The studio apartment provided a great central location in folly beach and easy access to Charleston. Love the Tiki decorations and modern appliances. It was perfect for my wife and I.

Great location!
Other than a few minor unmet kitchen wants, this was a perfect stay. Location is great, close to the beach and practically next door to all the bars and restaurants of main drag Folly. We stayed over Halloween weekend and the noise level, at night, was very tolerable. I definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay
Really enjoyed our stay. No complaints other than the size of the trash can In the kitchen. I think a bigger one would do much better. Other than that, we had a magnificent time!

Home away from home
If you enjoy the beach and are looking for a no fuss apartment this is your place. Very clean, perfectly located 1 block from the beach. The only negative would be the parking spot. Very tight parking in a very busy lot.
