“First of all, travelers need to beware that this is just an apartment, so definitely services are not up to the standard of a typical one star hotel. Location is good, and the manager is nice and responsive. But the quality of beds are very low, bed sheets are not clean, flushing of one of the two toilets does not work, and hot water are merely enough for shower for only two persons. The stairs could be quite noisy at mid night. Since the price is not that low, my suggestion for this "hotel" is……

“Great location, nice pool on rooftop, I’m not sure all the staff are nice but the one who checked me in is definitely one of the best I’ve ever met and I travel a lot, he took sometime to learn how to write “welcome” in my language, which is Chinese …. It’s really difficult!!!”

“Locate at safe area, near L1 line just walk 1 min, lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants around. The apartment’s are clean, spacious, tidy, smell good, along with air conditioner, comfortable beds. Highly reommend for family!”

“Near by the metro and bus station, easy to access to everywhere. However, curtain is broken and I found blood stain on my pillow (not from myself). Also, most staffs are nice and helpful, except for an Indian looking guy. I stayed there for 3 nights and found the second floor is too close to the street ( which means is noisy at night). But he refused to switch my room to higher floor from the second night even there’s availability. Can say this guy almost ruined the good image of this boutique……

“The apartment unit was clean and exactly as advertised. No bait and switch. The enclosed shower was bit a tight, but fine. We had no issues whatsoever the unit. It was also a block from the Barcelona Santa train station and right on top of the Tarragona metro station which was very convenience for city trips and for a trip we took out to Sitges. Kitchen had a big fridge and all the necessary supplies. Living room was big with a lot of room to relax. Would definitely book here again.”

“Outstanding rooftop terrace. Made the place! Small but lovely. Hallways looked a bit old, but opened the door to the rooms and they were clean and were well taken care of. Comfortable beds. Food was very good. Renée, the concierge, was outstanding.”
