“The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!”

“Pros: Safe, clean, friendly staff, good location, economical.
Cons: Housekeeping.
We stayed for almost two weeks. Initially it was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The staff are friendly. But the housekeeping was disappointing. After the first couple of days when nothing was done in the room, we started to hang the sign daily. There was no response. After a week we asked at the front desk for the linens to be changed. And had to ask again. It was like we were putting them out, frankly.……

“I was thankful to find a place to stop as we ran through bad weather. It was okay. The beds were nice and clean. The room was on the small side. The tv fridge were good. The bathroom looked rough and towels had some staining. They provided two towels for five people but they gave us a third when we asked. I don’t know that the hotel is worth what I paid. It looked like a 70 dollar per night room on the side of the road. But I paid way more. The breakfast was just cereal and yogurt. My kids were……
