In the centre 200 m from the centre of Fontaine-Henry, 2.5 km from the centre of Thaon, 15 km from the centre of Caen, in an elevated position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach, 200 m from the river. For shared use: property 3'000 m2. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with meadow. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Place de la fontaine" 120 m, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"La Forge de Marcel", 3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, renovated in 2018, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living room with TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and bar. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds. Sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.

Un havre de paix idéalement situé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont charmants. Si vous êtes passionné de sport, n'hésitez pas à échanger avec Guillaume. Le gîte est très récent, agréable, lumineux, calme. Il est bien situé par rapport à l'ensemble des plages du débarquement et à mi-chemin entre Bayeux et Caen. Le jardin est bien entretenu et il très agréable de manger sur la terrasse. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants qui souhaitent découvrir l'histoire de la région et profiter de la campagne. Une excellente adresse !
