Our stay was pleasant overall, but we feel a few small improvements would make a big difference. The kitchen utensils were in need of an upgrade, and the location of the grill on the lower level was not convenient for cooking. Daily construction on the unit next door (7am to 6pm) were noisy, especially early morning. This unit is a great location for us to get out on the water every day and avoid the noise.

Briarwood Serenity

Property was well maintained and had all the amenities and things that we tend to forget. (Beach chairs, life jacket for child). Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would recommend, and would revisit this property in the future.

Amazing

The interior was adequate. The bathrooms were stellar. The exterior of the porch was untidy with spider webs. Should have been power washed. The exterior porch was filthy. I swept it when I first got there. The lower level sliding glass door was broken. The downstairs TV did not work. We were inconvenienced with a broken refrigerator. They did supply two small ones. Then there was the delivery. Who wants to get away and have to deal with that? The carpeting on the stairs were dirty in spots. The entire home could stand a thorough cleaning. The home did not live up to what the rental fee was. Truly overpriced.
