"Main floor is really nice but as you go up each level it is run down I am sure they are fixing things but you can tell they had some serious flooding or something. My room bathroom sink leaked bad and I reported it but no one cared. The rooms next to me must have been getting work done because early in the morning they were drilling and banging while I tried sleeping. The water pressure kept messing up. The main door wouldn’t shut we had to force it open and force it closed. Loved the large room though. "

"Nice place good location for Anaheim and Tustin room nice and clean enjoyed the discount at Dennys for less traffic noise recommend a room in the inner courtyard will stay here next time I have a conference or event at Anaheim Convention Center Or if you want to go Disneyland Only @ 12-15 minutes to those 2 places in Anaheim "

"Nicely updated property. Was well maintained except that the room was only cleaned on request. We stayed for 6 days and had to ask for cleaning/towels on the 3rd day. They were supposed to be doing it every 2nd day, but nope. They probably would not have serviced the room at all if i hadn’t asked. The TVs in the rooms are worthless. Bring your own. Yes, I know how that sounds. All the HDMI ports have physical locks so don’t bring a Roku to catch up on shows, and they locked screen casting too. Only live cable is available, so you need to be really bored to resort to using the tvs. Seemed to be something management would do just to wreck someone’s day. The pool closes at 10, so don’t plan on spending the day at Disney and coming back and taking a swim to cool off. They tell you that they have a deal with the next door Denny’s for 20% off, but even after requesting the discount the cashier at Denny’s ignored me and charged normal prices. Management should be forced to stay here for a week and then see what policies they change. "
