Guest room is large and clean that you will expect on a 5-star international hotel chain in China. Location is good as shopping malls and countless restaurants are close by. But you can hardly find smiling faces on the front desk staff, or simply say they tried to avoid eye contact with hotel guests. The staff in breakfast restaurant may need more training to clean up the used plates more quickly but not to wait until guests finished and left, or being urged to come over. This is something unexpected in a Pan Pacific Hotel.
