"The front desk reception was very warm and helpful on more than one occasion. The property is spacious and well appointed. Mattress was a bit firm but the pillows were nice. Good first night option after a long trip from Canada through the night."

"The Hotel is really close to the metro station and close old town. The rooms were pretty large for a European standard and really comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice with a lot of options. The Staff were great during the check in/out process and provided suggestions of activities in town (other than the Christmas Markets). The have a laundry facility in the basement with irons and ironing boards, which was nice when you want to freshen up your clothes after a couple of days traveling."
