「No towels in bath room as checked in. Asked but it took two hours to get them. No glass for washing basin, the floor have too much wax and slippery, no port-cohere. Staff are all friendly and good. Breakfast is good.」

「酒店不错，离主要游览区约6公里，因为处于单向道且最近在修路，出租车不是很容易招到，酒店也不负责扬招，而且出租车可能拼车绕路！有点法国人开的感觉，早餐比较丰富。」

「The location is good, but VERY noisy! There's a round-about just next to the hotel and all you hear is honking ALL night. Even people walking the streets shouting - made it very hard to sleep. The top floor has a bar / restaurant which was convenient but not a lot of variety. The coffee was amazing here. The rooms are neat but dirty... our socks were black with just minutes of walking on the floor. We all were sneezing constantly. The parking garage is convenient with a rental but very small....

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

「I added an extra day to my stay and had a very good experience with the housekeeping team. The cleaning staff were professional, hardworking, and very attentive. My room was clean, well prepared, and comfortable when I arrived. I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the quality of the rooms and making sure guests have a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is often a behind-the-scenes job, but their work makes a big difference in the overall experience. Thank you to the cleaning staff for your...

「Great bed.. perfect location walking distance to all what you need」

「We stayed at this property with a family of 15 for a wedding. We rented multiple units and they were beyond our expectations! All the units had central AC! Very clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped. The neighborhood is vibrant and we felt very safe. The staff were extremely humble, always available and very very helpful. There is a door man who sits out all night so we never felt unsafe even walking around at 2AM. 5 STAR! If not more!」

「Belle endroits, très propre et proche de plusieurs bon restaurants. Le service est parfait. 」

「Good location 」

「The location is top, not to far from the different monuments to visit, close to the Trainstation Agdal. The staff was really friendly and helpfull.」

「Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber. I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive.」
