「the appartment was terrible- it had a musty smell of humidity and mould- the toilet was so tiny and low, that it could be used only letting the door to the livingroom open- the spiral staircase was so narrow, that it was dangerous to mount it with a suitcase- the entrance hall of the house had a strong smell of cat's pisstherefore we couldn't and didn't use the apartment - we turned and left」

「My wife and I stayed 4 days while attending the 24h le mans. Being a short walk (50 feet) from Nogent le Rotrou train station was very convenient for us. Being that close to the train lines we never noticed any noise. The apartment is well appointed and new in appearance. Very clean and uncluttered. Wonderful stay! The town of Nogent le Rotrou was an added bonus. Exceptional stay! Kiddos to the host!!」

「Good location in the center of the old town to see the cathedral and typical French street cafes. Parking is an issue and needs to be more clearly defined that you will have to pay for parking quite a walk away from the apartment. Also, clearer instructions are needed. The apartment is on the second floor up the spiral staircase, not on the 1st floor where you get your key. There is a small grocery store a few blocks away for small items. My advice, since it is a good walk over cobblestone...
