"Great amenities and property. Located not too far from the Airport and next to a mall and an outdoor pedestrian only street with shops and food fair. Various local pubs to choose from. Less one star because the holiday restaurant service is really slow and sometimes just not attentive waited 30min before I had to go to the bar myself and place an order. "Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. Food was ok if needed a quick bite. Staff friendly and happy to help, if I was in area again I would consider staying again "

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it for our splash and dash. I used the pool with my boy which was a nice way to start the day. "
