“Amazing!!! I highly recommend this home!!! I was impressed from the first second on. The first thing I saw was the beautiful pool in the backyard which my children thoroughly enjoyed for hours. Then, I walked through the patio door into the family room; the feel of the space was warm and gravitating. I found the kitchen, family room, dining room, bedrooms and baths exceptionally clean. When you walk out the rear of the house, you have a large, completely private beach. Picture this: dad, mom and……

“The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep.”
