「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call.
