"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. "This hotel is excellent. Small and quaint with a beautiful hidden garden off a private terrace. Very close to the down town. Wonderfully kept property. Lovely staff and Paola is the best. She helped us find amazing restaurants and the best sites to see. Incredibly kind and knowledgable and thoughtful. Paola even helped us with a restaurant in another town on our trip, after we had to leave the hotel. Thank you so much Paola!"

WORTH NOTING: AIR FRESHENER WAS SO STRONG IT WAS IRRITATING. I PREFER NO CHEMICALS IN MY ROOM. NO SPRAYS. JUST CLEAN. LIKED BUILDING & ROOM. "

"I don't usually leave poor reviews but I think it only fair to let others who are thinking of booking this accommodation what they can expect. No kettle or complimentary coffee/tea or water. This I could live with, if it wasn't for the other issues. A TV (minus a remote) that did not work. No towels, unless you count something resembling a tea towel as a bath towel. No cups available other than plastic cups. When speaking to management about there being no kettle, their suggestion was to put a...

"A bit dated in terms of aesthetic, but lovely atmosphere and spacious room. Close to a small beach with excellent water-side dining options. Seems like fun salsa dancing and bingo events at the hotel. Would recommend!"
