“The room was nice and the location good. However, the bathroom countertop was dirty, the shelves under the countertop had white powder on them, not sure what it was. We found our room wasn’t serviced after coming back from a long day at our grandsons funeral. When we called the front desk, we were asked if we had requested our service. Nowhere in the reservation or in the room did it indicate you would have to ask to have your bed made, garbage taken out and clean towels put in your room for the……

“We stayed here for a night and while the location and check-in process were convenient, there were several areas that fell short of expectations. The room itself showed signs of wear, and the sleeper sofa mattress was visibly worn and didn’t appear clean, making it uncomfortable and not ideal for use, especially traveling with kids. Breakfast was also disappointing. The juice machine was out of order and the overall selection was very limited, which made it feel like an afterthought rather……

“Front desk staff was great. It was exceptionally clean which was a big deal for me. The only issue I had was theTV. I like to surf through channels and you had to plug in a channel number. It was weird. Everything else was great. ”

“Stayed here numerous times over the past year or so and have never complained, though I should have so I will keep this to the issues with this stay. The A/C didn't work. It would come on a few mins and only a couple of times did it ever do that. Washer/Dryer "Out of Order," lights/outlets by the beds didn't work. Asked for a room downstairs, close to office but was told when I arrived and double checked, neither were available yet walking past to get to the back of parking lot to get to the……

“Door dashed food and the lady at the front desk let some else take my food. With no PIN number or anything uber you have to have a pin. ”

“Clean, basic, and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The room was simple but comfortable, and everything was tidy. The price was right for a short stop, and it was a big plus that they’re pet friendly. No frills, but a solid choice if you want a clean place to rest without overpaying.”

“No because I tried to take my kids and play and the pool and the owner come out and tell my children to be quiet and the pool because people are trying to sleep in it was 3:00 in the afternoon ”

“It looks to me like the place is about to close permenantly and they don't plan to do regular maintenance. We reserved a non-smoking king room, but the front desk said none of the king rooms were available due to maintenance issues. The room we were assigned had numerous maintenance issues. Additionally, we were charged for the room through Expedia, and the hotel also charged our credit card. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia.”
